Custom Art Work
Camera Ready

We prefer receiving custom art work electronically with these specifications:

  • Your file should be scanned at 600 dpi, in either “bitmap” format, such as .BMP or .TIF; or in a “vector” format, such as .JPG.
  • If vector format files are used, you must either create outlines on any fonts used, or not use fonts at all.
  • The file size should be less than 2 Mb.
  • We cannot accept files created in Microsoft Word, because of font-matching issues.
When ordering a custom design, please mail (don't FAX) us clear, clean, black & white camera ready art (no grays or shading). The art you furnish us will be used for producing the image for the stamp mold, so what you furnish is exactly what you will receive on your finished stamp.
  • Camera ready art should be printed from a laser printer. Ink jet printed art does not reproduce well.
  • Your art should be in black ink on plain, un-ruled, white paper.
Shaded and/or screened areas do not reproduce well and should be avoided.
